Cooking is how I connect
For me, cooking is my way of showing care and connection. Food is my love language, and I bring that intention to every dish so each course feels warm, personal, and thoughtfully made.
A career built in real kitchens
I began learning to cook at Bates Technical College in downtown Tacoma, and I’ve spent nearly 15 years building my skills through a wide range of professional settings—from restaurants and golf clubs to large banquets—so I can execute smoothly whether your night is intimate or on a bigger scale.
Curiosity is my secret ingredient
My secret in the kitchen is staying curious. I’m always learning, exploring new ingredients, and refining techniques so every dish is thoughtful, balanced, and intentionally crafted.
